Important Claims Info

Having an accident or reporting damage to your property can be an extremely upsetting and stressful experience. Here at Doherty Insurance, we are ready to assist you in reporting, monitoring, and insuring that your claim is handled expertly, timely, and to your satisfaction. To report a claim, simply call our office anytime, Monday through Friday, between the hours of 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, and an agency representative will be happy to assist you. However, if the need to file a claim is when our offices are closed, you can easily submit a report by calling the 24-hour claim number of the insurance company your policy is with. To find your insurance carrier, click here and you will find our Customer Care Center with the information needed to file a claim directly with the carrier.

In the event of a power loss at our agency, we have set up a virtual mailbox to receive your call, or you may contact your insurance company directly.  If you call our office, please leave your name, number, extent of damage, and we will call all clients back.
